Interac e-Transfer Payment Instructions

We accept Interac e-Transfer for all Canadian orders. Fast, secure, free from your bank.

How to pay

  1. Place your order

    On advpeptides.ca, select Interac e-Transfer as your payment method at checkout.

  2. Check your email

    Our order confirmation lands in your inbox with three things you’ll need:

    Send to

    [email protected]

    Exact amount

    Total in CAD, copied directly from the email

    Order number

    Use this as your security question

  3. Add us to your bank’s e-Transfer contacts

    Log into your online or mobile banking and create a new e-Transfer contact with these details:

    Name
    AdvancePep Type exactly as shown. The word “Peptides” can flag the transfer and cause it to fail.

  4. Set the security question and answer

    Your bank will prompt you for a security question and answer. Use exactly these:

    Security question

    Your order number

    Example: A-12345

    Security answer

    Peptides808

    Everything else

    Leave blank. Skip notes, invoice fields, and any other optional fields your bank shows.

  5. Send the e-Transfer

    Confirm the amount and send. Your bank handles delivery from there.

Using Google Translate? Keep the email address and security answer in their original English. We have one e-Transfer address only, and translated text won’t reach us.

Processing time

Orders ship only after we confirm your Interac e-Transfer.

    Once we receive your e-Transfer, your order is processed and shipped within 24 to 48 hours.

    You’ll get a tracking email automatically once your package leaves us.
