Welcome to Advance Peptides (“we”, “us”, “our”). By accessing or using advpeptides.ca (the “Site”) and purchasing any product, you agree to be bound by these Terms & Conditions. If you do not agree, please do not use the Site.

1. Research Use Only

All products sold by Advance Peptides are supplied for laboratory and in-vitro research use only. They are not drugs, dietary supplements, cosmetics, food additives, or household chemicals. They are not for human or animal consumption, diagnostic, or therapeutic use. Buyers represent that they are qualified researchers or laboratory professionals and assume all responsibility for safe, lawful handling.

2. Eligibility

You must be at least 18 years old (19 in some Canadian provinces) and have legal capacity to enter contracts. By placing an order, you confirm you meet these requirements.

3. Orders & Acceptance

Submitting an order is an offer to purchase. We reserve the right to refuse, cancel, or limit any order at our discretion. An order is accepted only when payment clears and the order is dispatched. Pricing errors may be corrected before shipment.

4. Pricing & Payment

Prices are listed in CAD and exclude applicable taxes unless otherwise stated. Accepted payment methods are listed at checkout. See our e-Transfer instructions for payment guidance.

5. Shipping

We ship within Canada via tracked courier. Transit times are estimates and not guarantees. Risk of loss passes to the buyer once the carrier accepts the package. Buyer is responsible for providing an accurate, deliverable address.

6. Returns & Refunds

Due to the nature of research chemicals, returns are not generally accepted once shipped. See our refund & return policy for details.

7. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Advance Peptides is not liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from product use. Total liability is limited to the amount paid for the product in question.

8. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Advance Peptides, its officers, employees, and agents from any claim, loss, or expense arising from misuse of products or breach of these Terms.

9. Intellectual Property

All content on the Site (text, images, logos, code) is the property of Advance Peptides and protected by Canadian and international copyright. You may not reproduce or redistribute Site content without written permission.

10. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the Province of Ontario, Canada. Any dispute will be resolved in the courts of that province.

11. Changes

We may update these Terms at any time. The current version applies to all transactions. Continued use of the Site after changes constitutes acceptance.
