Refund & Return Policy

This policy explains how returns, exchanges, and refunds are handled at Advance Peptides.
1. Research Chemical Restriction
Because our products are research chemicals sold strictly for laboratory use, we cannot accept returns of opened or shipped product. Once a vial leaves our facility, the chain of custody and storage conditions cannot be verified, so reuse or resale is not possible.
2. Order Cancellations
Orders may be cancelled in full before they ship. Once a tracking number is issued, the order is committed and cannot be cancelled. Reach out as quickly as possible if you need to cancel.
3. Damaged or Lost Shipments
We stand behind every order. If your package arrives damaged or fails to arrive within 14 business days of dispatch, contact us within 7 days of expected delivery with:
- Order number
- Photos of damage (if applicable)
- Tracking confirmation
We will replace the affected item or refund at our discretion.
4. Incorrect Items
If you receive a different product than ordered, contact us within 7 days. We will arrange a replacement or refund at our cost.
5. Refund Method
Approved refunds are issued via the original payment method (Interac e-Transfer or cryptocurrency). Crypto refunds are calculated at the prevailing rate at refund time and may differ from the original amount.
6. Non-Refundable Situations
- Product damaged due to improper storage after delivery
- Refused or unclaimed packages returned to sender
- Buyer entered an incorrect or incomplete shipping address
